Dear PL users,

Thank you very much for all your calls and emails in regards to our recent website changes.

During the past months we have been analyzing the functionality of our website, researched technology changes, as well as new design options.

We also reached out to all of you with several surveys trying to learn of the needs you have.

At this point we are at the beginning of making many different updates and releasing improvements to our locating and research services.

Small steps have to be taken to make things big and we are very happy to have been serving you for more than 16 years with providing information you need for doing your business better.

We have been so successful due to all users that made our service grow - we have been so successful because of you. It is great to receive so much feedback lately and giving you what you need.

We need an update of our look as well as some of our features. Small steps have been taken and there are more to come.

Today we released another update of our website. It includes many changes and corrections you demanded. Also that we did not chose the best font during our release last week. Printing your search results should also work again.

If you still experience difficulties we kindly ask you to refresh your browser with hitting "Ctrl+R" on your PC and "Command+R" and you Mac.
