URGENT Need: Main Transmission Assy

I need quote urgently for the following:
Part No. 4638-001-004 (FS72B), Serial No. 1280, Main Transmission Assy; installed on BO105 CB-4 helicopter is near to its TBO of 9576.00. Last overhaul was done at 6576.00 hours. We would like to have standard exchange overhauled assy against it.
Kindly send us the quotation to proceed further. It would be appreciated if overhaul price of the core may also be provided.
