Huey Seat Belts

Our Viet Nam veteran's group, the Razorbacks Armed Helicopter Platoon Assn., is rebuilding an armored seat from a H model Huey for circulating display. We need a set of lap belts, NSN 1680-00-516-6543 and shoulder harness, NSN 1680-00-485-3047. Since we are on a shoe-string budget, we'd like to obtain a set that is un-airworthy/repairable as long as they look fairly decent. Can anyone assist, please?
